Challenge:
A large FMCG organisation faced lengthy and resource-intensive supplier performance reporting cycles. Generating insights required manual intervention, and the process often stretched to nearly a month, limiting timely decision-making and creating operational inefficiencies.
Solution:
We automated data warehouse operations and optimised Tableau dashboard refreshes, streamlining the reporting process end-to-end. This involved redeveloping legacy SQL batch scripts into stored procedures, implementing indexing and partitioning strategies to enhance performance, and training staff to ensure knowledge transfer and sustainable use.
Outcome:
The reporting cycle was reduced from around one month to just one week, dramatically improving efficiency and responsiveness. Staff gained confidence with the new process, ensuring long-term adoption and enabling the organisation to act on supplier performance insights faster.

Challenge:
Store staff and category managers needed quick, reliable access to key business insights, including sales performance, stock loss, cost of goods, and customer feedback. The existing reporting process was highly paper-dependent, resulting in over 1,000 printed pages per week, which was inefficient and unsustainable.
Solution:
One of our experts led a team of two GoLang developers to design and deliver a mobile app that centralised critical store information. The app integrated with SAP BusinessObjects to provide financial and stock data, and with Medallia to capture Voice of Customer insights. The solution was built to be fast, user-friendly, and accessible, giving teams the ability to view insights on-demand.
Outcome:
The app eliminated the need for over 1,000 printed pages each week, significantly reducing costs and supporting sustainability goals. Store staff and category managers gained real-time, mobile access to performance metrics, enabling faster decision-making and more proactive management.

Challenge:
The client needed to migrate from MicroStrategy to a more cost-effective and scalable reporting solution, while ensuring compliance with infrastructure, security, and governance standards.
Solution:
We led the implementation of Tableau, documenting solutions across infrastructure, security, and standards for approval by the Architecture Review Board (ARB). Tableau environments were set up and configured with security measures as defined.
Outcome:
The migration from MicroStrategy to Tableau was successfully completed, enabling reduced operating costs and improved reporting capabilities.
Snowflake & Power BI Integration and

Challenge:
The client required a secure and reliable connection between Snowflake and Power BI, alongside a structured approach to managing data quality issues. Their existing processes lacked consistency, leading to inefficiencies and duplication within the CRM.
Solution
We established the Snowflake-Power BI connectivity and implemented a robust security model to safeguard access. In addition, we designed and delivered a Data Quality (DQ) Framework, giving the data governance team a clear process for identifying, managing, and resolving data quality issues.
Outcome
The client gained a secure and scalable analytics environment with Power BI connected to Snowflake. The new DQ Framework improved governance, reduced duplication in the CRM, and provided greater confidence in reporting accuracy.
